Our Services
Real Change.
Built for Real Life.
No matter what brings you here, the path forward begins exactly where you are.
The Process
-
Together, we slow down enough to notice what's happening in your body, your breath, your reactions, in real time, not just in hindsight. Everything else we build rests on this.
-
Your coping strategies made sense once. Rather than pushing past them, we get curious about what they were protecting and build new capacity so there's room to respond differently.
-
We don't grow in isolation. We grow in relationship—with our bodies, our partners, our families, and our communities. That's why we stay as curious about your relational patterns as we do about your inner world.
-
The goal was never to eliminate discomfort. It's to build your capacity to notice, feel, repair, and return to yourself and the people you care about. Again and again. That's how change actually takes root.

Coaching and counseling are different types of support, and coaching may not be the right fit for everyone. Coaching is a collaborative, growth-oriented process that offers support, education, resources, and practices to help you move forward in your life. It invites active participation both during and outside of sessions, as change happens through what you integrate and apply over time. Coaching does not include assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions, and it does not operate within a medical or clinical model. While I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, our work together in this space is coaching-based. It is not psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or a substitute for mental health care. Coaching sessions are offered virtually, allowing me to work with clients all over the world.
