Image of founder Meg
  • "Working with Meg is unlike anything I'd encountered in 10+ years of intentional healing work. My relationship with my wife has deepened in ways I didn’t anticipate. My relationship with myself has gotten more honest."

  • "If you’re someone who’s working on yourself and feels like you’ve hit a ceiling — she knows what to do with that. What’s shifted shows up in the people closest to me noticing before I do — which is usually how you know something real happened."

  • "Working with Meg has changed the way I show up for my wife, my kids, my friends, and my family. Fears, insecurities, and anxieties that once quietly shaped my life no longer have the same hold on me. I feel more present, more grounded, and more at peace than I ever thought possible."

  • "The most profound thing that’s changed is my connection — with myself, and with my husband. Both have deepened in ways I didn’t expect. I’m more honest now, with him and with myself, and I can feel it in how I show up as a mom too."

  • "Working with Meg has been one of the most clarifying experiences of my life. Two years in, I can honestly say she’s created a space where I feel completely comfortable — comfortable in silence, comfortable being vulnerable, comfortable just being myself."

  • "Meg has a unique gift for making you feel connected, calm, and completely safe as she guides you through personal exploration. The shift in my inner world has been difficult to put into words. I am becoming the version of myself I always knew existed....I just didn't know how to find him."

  • "The repair and honesty I’ve found within my family has been one of the biggest gifts of this work. I’ve also become more attuned to energy — recognizing what actually feels good in my life, and letting that pull me, while filtering out what doesn’t. It’s brought a real sense of balance I didn’t have before. The clarity Meg has helped me find is honestly hard to put into words."

Coaching and counseling are different types of support, and coaching may not be the right fit for everyone. Coaching is a collaborative, growth-oriented process that offers support, education, resources, and practices to help you move forward in your life. It invites active participation both during and outside of sessions, as change happens through what you integrate and apply over time. Coaching does not include assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions, and it does not operate within a medical or clinical model. While I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, our work together in this space is coaching-based. It is not psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or a substitute for mental health care. Coaching sessions are offered virtually, allowing me to work with clients all over the world.
